Eligibility Criteria:

Eligible candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

• Final-year students can apply, provided they submit proof of graduation by December 31, 2025

• Age Limit: 20–28 years (as on April 1, 2025), with applicable age relaxations for OBC, SC/ST, PwBD candidates. This means candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive). 

Salary & Role Expectations:

• Starting Base Salary: ₹24,050 per month

• Total monthly pay (including increments and allowances) can go up to around ₹46,000 in metro cities.

• Selected candidates work as Junior Associates / Clerks, handling customer support, front‑desk banking tasks, and sales services

Selection Process & Exam Pattern:

1. Preliminary Exam (Screening):

• 3 sections – English Language (30 Qs), Numerical Ability (35 Qs), Reasoning Ability (35 Qs)

• Duration: 1 hour (100 marks)

• Negative marking applies: 0.25 marks deduction per wrong answer 

2. Main Exam:

• Sections include – General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude

• Total Questions: 190; Total Marks: 200

• Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes

3. Language proficiency Test (LPT) required after clearing mains—local language fluency mandatory.
